Educational use only
RepayMath provides estimates and educational information about federal student loan repayment. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and no content here creates an advisor–client relationship. Your actual payment amounts, forgiveness eligibility, and tax treatment are determined by the U.S. Department of Education, your loan servicer, the IRS, and your state — not by this site.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep formulas current and document every source on the methodology page, but program rules change and estimates can differ from servicer calculations. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Verify all numbers at studentaid.gov before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepayMath and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its estimates.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent our estimates as official determinations, or republish our content or code without permission. Linking to any page is welcome.
